Marshall football player James Paul "J.J." Johnson II, shown during summer workouts last week, has been arrested for the second time in six weeks, according to a law enforcement official. The senior cornerback was charged with first offense driving under the influence and no insurance -- both misdemeanors -- Sunday morning after he allegedly struck two parked vehicles with a Jeep Cherokee.
