Update: Game on for WVU, ECU

GREENVILLE, N.C. -- This afternoon's football game between No. 8 West Virginia University and East Carolina will be played as scheduled.

After reviewing information and the latest forecast this morning from the National Weather Service regarding Tropical Storm Hanna, ECU officials announced on the team Web site that the Mountaineer-Pirate contest will kick off at 4:30 p.m. today at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.
