WVU women to play in preseason NIT

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia has been selected to play in the 16-team women's preseason National Invitation Tournament in November.

The Mountaineers are host to Towson in a first-round game Nov. 13 in Morgantown.

Each team in the tournament is guaranteed to play three games.

If I'm not wrong, I think this is the same tournament the Marsha College men's team is scheduled to play in too.
