CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The iron work has been completed on a new fence near The Shops on Bridge Road.

The fence is a tribute to the late owner of The Art Store, Sherry Lovett, and two longtime partners with her, Ellie Schaul and Betty Stern. Sara Hoblitzell of the Bridge Road Neighborhood Association said landscaping in the area continues.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The iron work has been completed on a new fence near The Shops on Bridge Road.

The fence, part of a project to add parking and beautify the area, was done by Matthew and Tessie Wallace of Wallace Metalworks and was paid for with private donations.
